4 to Complete is our intensive 4 week program to get you from mission to goals to metrics to numbers. In this program you will be able to work with Debra on a weekly basis to make sure that the budget you are developing is sound, based on your needs and delivers valuable information to investors and other important stakeholders.

At the beginning of the program you will receive your copy of Building Your Budget One Line At A Time. You will go through the process of learning to:

• Develop your Mission Statement
• Set Goals and Identify Objectives
• Find the right Organizational Structure
• Categorize Expenditures
• Segregate and Categorize Revenues
• Reallocate Expenditures in order to maximize profits
• Set up a Basic Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement

Prior to each weekly call, you will submit your questions and they will be addressed as part of the 90 minute session. These sessions will be recorded and you will be sent the link so you will have a permanent audio file as a reference tool.
